Offering a hosting package modest on space but full to the seems with almost everything else, FragVault seems like a good choice, but I would stand clear.
Their free hosting package includes:
600 MB Space
70GB Monthly Bandwidth
20 MySQL Database
20 POP/SMTP Email Accounts
No File Size Limit
I see this host not lasting long if they don’t put down some restrictions. The 20 databases might seem like a great deal, but it won’t seem as good when the overloaded DB server can’t run any databases decently. Add to that the email accounts and the no file size limit, and it is like they are asking to be abused. I would stay away from them unless you are looking for a file host not a web host.

One thing I look for in a successful free host is…
How are they going to handle the flood of new members?
Well, here is a free host that avoids this all together. Free-Biz-Hosting.com is not for everybody and that is exactly what makes it attractive. Members must apply to get the full featured account and a part of the application process is a “refundable” payment of $7, to validate your address and seriousness.
A couple things to note if your attracted to a free host with servers not loaded at the seams with free sites, be ready to lose that $7 (even though it says it is “refundable” it is probably a tough refund) and if you do have $7 and serious about your business I would recommend simply opting for a paid host (maybe one flashing in our sidebar ) for the added security, support, and stability.

In SpHosting, you will get a good amount of space and bandwidth. Many features are provided for your website.
You will have to bear the pop ups. They come up when you are editing and previewing the pages. Three is a big problem with this free web hosting service provider. You may become a source of virus attacks through the banner ads and spyware. This will make you very unpopular among the visitors. The virus or the Trojan is harmful and so you should keep away from it. It may also hamper your own website and crash your computer. Avoid it till the problem is rectified. The response to your problem is not good, according to some customers. Many spywares get downloaded without your consent and may create real big problem for you.
