Foward host is the best hosting plan I have seen so far. With 500 Mb of space, three MySQL databases, 10 subdomains, PHP, CGI, Perl support, and a hundred gigabyte transfer rate, it not something that should be over looked. The free hosting is ad supported, that is the only draw back to this plan. If the ads are like the ads on their pages, they do not stand out that much, and would not be that much of an issue.

Lead Hoster’s free plans look like most of the free plans out there. The 250 Gb of transfer is nice, but the the 10 Mb limit on your only MySQL database may cause some issues for decent size sites. If you are running a forum, or a blog that gets a lot of comments, you would want to look somewhere else because of the MySQL size limitation.

With 200MB of ad free space, and a 2 GB monthly transfer Free-Space.net looks to be a very decent hosting site. You also get cPanel, FTP access, and five email accounts,. Having only one MySQL database maybe an issue if you are wanting to run multiple web applications that need at the one database. Other then that this looks like a great host if you want to have your own personal blog, or a small forum.

Just came across Byte Host today. Seem like they have a very nice plan, and with the amount of space that they provide, you can have a very nice site. They allow six gigs of month bandwidth which is a big plus, and with five MySQL database you will have enough to cover the needs for your site. If you are looking for a decent free plan with PHP and MySQL support, you should check out Byte Host.
