ProPHP is a nice host for people testing PHP scripts, not really suited for people wanting to run a site on their servers because of poor uptime but it is feature rich enough for PHP development with features such as…

With all these features of course their is an inactivity period, which is 30 days, also sendmail and sockets are disabled on free accounts.

One other nice/bad thing the 250 MB of space come with out file size restrictions and unmetered bandwidth, this raises a flag that they will probably be abused by people and explains their poor uptime, but I guess it can be used as file storage for at least 30 days as it seems they run on quality servers…
